Day Camp check-in and check-out will take place at the Camp Office in the Main Lodge. Authorized individuals that are dictated on the camper's Registration Forms are the only people who will have access to check-out your camper. If permission has not been granted, we must confirm the arrangement by phone, even if the person claims to be a relative. This is for the protection of the campers and will be strictly enforced. Please contact the Camp Office at 530-426-1114 x33307 if there will be a change in the authorized check-out person. There is a $25 late-fee for any camper not checked-out by 5:00pm.

FAQ's - Day Camp:

CAN I WATCH MY CHILD DURING CAMP?

We ask that parents do not stick around and watch camp. We have many campers that are away from their families and seeing another camper's parents can evoke homesickness. On Friday, we invite parents to come watch awards in The Bunker.

DO I HAVE TO CHECK-IN MY CAMPER WHEN I DROP THEM OFF AND PICK THEM UP?

Yes, parents MUST check-in/out their day camper at the front desk in The Bunker. Please do not just drop them off in the parking lot. We like to talk to you each day.

CAN MY CHILD EAT BREAKFAST AT CAMP?

Yes, if your child would like to eat breakfast, please drop him/her off between 8:00am - 8:30am. It's the most important meal of the day!

CAN MY CHILD EAT DINNER AT CAMP?

Yes, if your child would like to eat dinner at Woodward Tahoe with his/her new friends, please plan to pick him/her up between 6:00pm - 6:30pm.
