CONTEST ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age and are a parent or legal guardian (Entrant) of a participant child (Participant) who is between the age of seven (7) and nineteen (19) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Woodward Tahoe, their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, agents, advertising and promotion agencies and any other companies (or persons) that provide services in connection with this Contest, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether or not related) of each such employee, are not eligible to enter or win. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted.
SPONSOR: The Contest is provided by Woodward Tahoe as part of the Boreal Ridge Corporation LLC, P.O. Box 39, Truckee, CA 96160 (the “Sponsor”).
CONTEST PERIOD: Win a Week to Woodward Tahoe (the “Contest”) begins on April 20, 2014 at 12:01:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends May 9, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM PST (the “Contest Entry Period”). By participating in the Contest, each Entrant and Participant unconditionally accepts and agrees by submitting an entry to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

HOW TO ENTER CONTEST: Go online to www.woodwardtahoe.com/pickme (Contest Web Site) and proceed to the entry page where Entrant will be required to complete an online registration form.
Parental Approval: Before a Participant is allowed to submit a video entry the parent or legal guardian, must agree to the terms of the Official Rules as well as the Submission Agreement. BY ALLOWING THEIR CHILD TO ENTER, THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS THAT THE CHILD WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THEIR FULL NAME, MAILING ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN’S FULL NAME AND SUBMIT A VIDEO AND UPLOAD A VIDEO (AS DESCRIBED IN THE VIDEO SUBMISSION SECTIONS BELOW).
Limit one (1) entry per person. Entrants may not participate with multiple e-mail addresses, nor may entrants use any device to enter as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities will be disqualified from participation in the Contest and all entries submitted by that entrant will be void. Each entrant must be the rightful owner of the email address used to enter the Contest. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. Contest entries will not be returned or acknowledged.
Video Content: Each contest entry must be a video of original products.
Video Format and Conditions:
Each Video that is entered into the Contest must meet the following “Video Requirements” (any Video that, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, violates the following criteria will be disqualified):
• Video must be no longer than 60 seconds in length.
• Video must submitted either in .mov or .wmv format.
• There can be no foul language, drinking, drugs, or suggestive lyrics in the music you choose.
• Video must NOT contain material which is (or promote activities which are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g. underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, or harassing or which is otherwise inappropriate in the sole discretion of the Contest Entities nor may Video contain any derogatory references to any Contest Entity or any other person or entity.
• Videos must not contain or transmit any materials that contain software viruses or other computer code, files or programs designed to impair, limit, interfere with or cause harm to any communications network operated by any of the Contest Entities or the computers of any individual or entity participating in or otherwise associated with the Contest.
• Videos and all content represented in the video must be entirely original to the entrant.
• Videos must NOT have been previously submitted to another contest or submitted to any entertainment entity that would conflict with this Contest, as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Video must NOT feature any person other than the entrant or his/her minor children.
• All submissions must be received and recorded within the contest submission period. The website administrator's computer is the official timekeeping device for this contest.
By submitting the Contest each entrant represents and warrants that: (i) his/her Video is the sole and original creation of the Video and has not been copied in whole or in part from any other work; (ii) the Video does not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark/tradename, or other proprietary right of any person (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity; (iii) the Video is the sole and exclusive property of the Entrant; (iv) the participants depicted in the Video have given written consent to its submission into the Contest and use as contemplated by these Official Rules; (v) entrant owns or otherwise has rights to use all elements of the Video; (vi) that Entrant is the parent or legal guardian of all persons appearing in the Video (other than Entrant, if applicable); (vii) Video has not won previous awards; and (vii) publication of the Video via various media including Web posting, will not infringe on the rights of any third party. Any such entrant will indemnify and hold harmless, Sponsor from any claims to the contrary. Videos which violate any of these requirements will be deemed ineligible to be included in the Contest and receive the prize and the Video will be void at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole and absolute discretion, any Video deemed inappropriate or that does not comply with these Official Rules. Incomplete or unintelligible Videos and/or entries will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion which Videos have satisfied the entry requirements. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT THEIR VIDEOS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED. There will be no notification of receipt of Contest-related materials. Assurance of delivery of Videos will be the sole responsibility of the entrant.
PUBLIC VOTING: Qualified entries will be posted on http://woobox.com/uhrkwt for public viewing and visitors to the site will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite video submission. Voting will begin April 20, 2014 at 12:01 AM (Pacific Standard Time) and end May 16, 2014 at 11:59 PM (Pacific Standard Time). Voters must follow instructions on the Contest Web Site to submit votes. There is one (1) way to vote: liking the video on Facebook. Limit (1) vote per day, per person, allowed on the FaceBook during the Contest Period. Voters must be 13 years of age. Subsequent votes by a single user will be disqualified. Use of any automated voting system, or a professional Contest entry agent, to submit votes in the Contest is prohibited and will result in disqualification. During the Contest Entry Period, posting of entrant’s submission is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entrant’s submission posting may be discontinued at any time at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any entrant submission that is not posted, for any reason.
DETERMINTATION OF WINNERS: Entrant submission will be assigned to a designated Region based on state of residency, at the time of entry, as specified below. The top entrant overall with the most votes will be declared Grand Prize winner. In the event of a tie, all tied entries will be voted on, by the sponsor’s independent judging panel, in successive rounds until the tie is broken. Additional winners will be selected based on sponsor’s independent judging panel. Grand Prize winner will be excluded from additional winners. Limit one (1) prize per Entrant.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Winner(s) will be contacted within approximately three (3) days after the conclusion of the voting process. Winner(s) will be sent a notice in writing (“Prize Notification”) by email. Potential prize Winner(s) may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release (the “Prize Claim Documents”). Failure to return the Prize Claim Documents by the deadline indicated in the Prize Notification, or the determination that a potential Winner (as applicable) is not eligible to receive a prize, will result in prize forfeiture. If a Contest prize is forfeited, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner. If a Winner is disqualified for any reason, s/he will not receive a prize, and the Contest Judges may select an alternate Winner. Any alternate Winner will be notified as described above and required to complete and return the Prize Claim Documents in accordance with the provisions above.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a one (1) week of summer camp for the winner only at Woodward Tahoe in Truckee, California (up to $1,799.00 retail value). Limit one prize per winner. PRIZES ADDITIONAL: Lodging, breakfast, lunch will be provided. TRIP DOES NOT INCLUDE AIRFARE, TRANSPORTATION AND REQUIRED EQUIPMENT. SUMMER CAMP WEEK DATES ARE FROM JUNE 15, 2014 THROUGH AUGUST 9, 2014 ONLY, BASED ON SPORT OF CHOICE. Contest prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded and subject to the conditions herein will be awarded. No substitution may be made, except by Sponsors in the event that a prize or part thereof cannot be awarded for any reason; in such event, Sponsors will in its sole discretion award a substitute prize or part thereof of equal or greater value. Contest prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded and subject to the conditions herein will be awarded. No substitution may be made, except by Sponsors in the event that a prize or part thereof cannot be awarded for any reason; in such event, Sponsors will in its sole discretion award a substitute prize or part thereof of equal or greater value. TRIP DOES NOT INCLUDE AIRFARE, TRANSPORTATION AND REQUIRED EQUIPMENT. SUMMER CAMP WEEK DATES ARE FROM JUNE 15, 2014 THROUGH AUGUST 9, 2014 ONLY, BASED ON SPORT OF CHOICE. Contest prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded and subject to the conditions herein will be awarded. Prize Award Conditions: By entering the Contest, Parent or Legal Guardian and their Participant Child agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent judging organization, as applicable. All such decisions shall be final, binding and non-appealable. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value if any prize or portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. Details of prizes or portions thereof not specified herein, if any, will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Failure to consume the prize on designated Camp dates will result in winner forfeiting the prize in its entirety. All income tax, gratuities, personal expenses, and all other expenses incurred in association with acceptance of such prize that are not specifically provided for herein, including but not limited to, gratuities, meals and any other incidental expenses, are solely the responsibility of the applicable prize winner and his or her guests.
PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, age, hometown, voice, video, likeness and country of residence for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion, in any media throughout the world, without further payment or consideration.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, or any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Boreal Ridge Corporation LLC., participating partners, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or acceptance, receipt use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, incidental, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Sponsor is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Released Parties in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
